Friday: School cancelled. If runners feel safe getting in their normal mileage, they should.
Saturday: 8:30 meet at Pischke's (633 23rd St N.) DRESS WARM. It will get cold tonight. We will go out and run the conference course. This will be an untimed easy run with some up-tempo (yes, heavy breathing) mixed in. Gals mentioned going out for hot-chocalate / coffee / smoothies afterwards.
Monday: Intervals
Tuesday: Slightly lower mileage with some speed. Address any spike needs.
Wednesday: Shorter mileage. Address any other spike needs.
Thursday: PAYDAY!! One final meet for JV to go out and Rock. Varsity's opportunity to win a conference championship.
Friday: JV no practice. JV will have a Mandatory meeting the following week.
Saturday: Varsity TBD
