Practice This Week + Monday

Tuesday: Run and McDonalds!
Wednesday: Intervals
Thursday: Mileage w/ a little hill work
Friday: Mileage plus speed (practice starts at 1:40 as it is an early release day).
Saturday: 8:00 AM at Myrick. Long Slow Distance (but not too long for JV, V long is 8mi.)
Monday: 9:00 AM at Central
